Crispy Prawns



Ingredients


10 nos prawns cleaned, deveined

Oil for deep frying

4 tbsp rice flour

2 tsp fine Rava


FOR THE MARINATION:

Make a paste of

3 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp besan

2 tbsp rice flour

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

3 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp chat masala

Salt to taste




Procedure

  • Marinate the prawns with the mentioned ingredients and keep for 2 mins

  • Roll the marinated prawns in the mixture of rice flour and rava

  • Heat oil and deep fry the prawns till it becomes crisp

  • Serve hot with sauce or Schezwan chutney.
