Ingredients
10 nos prawns cleaned, deveined
Oil for deep frying
4 tbsp rice flour
2 tsp fine Rava
FOR THE MARINATION:
Make a paste of
3 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp besan
2 tbsp rice flour
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
3 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
Procedure
Marinate the prawns with the mentioned ingredients and keep for 2 mins
Roll the marinated prawns in the mixture of rice flour and rava
Heat oil and deep fry the prawns till it becomes crisp
Serve hot with sauce or Schezwan chutney.
