Cucumber Sweet Dosa

Ingredients


1 cup dosa rice

3/4 cup grated coconut

1/2 cup grated cucumber

Pinch of salt

Jaggery to taste

Oil for cooking dosa




Procedure

  • Soak rice in water for 4-5 hrs

  • wash the rice and grind with coconut, salt, and jaggery to a little coarse paste

  • Add the grated cucumber and water if needed

  • Keep the dosa batter consistency as of any other batter

  • Heat Tava and pour one ladle of batter and make dosa

  • Put some oil and cook both the sides

  • Serve hot with ghee or butter
