Ingredients
1 pack of mushrooms
2 medium-sized chopped onions
4 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Marinate mushrooms with:
1/2 cup curds
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala or any garam masala pdr
2 tsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp salt
Procedure
Wash the mushrooms and cut them into four pieces
Marinate with the mentioned ingredients and keep aside for 20 mins
In a pan heat oil, saute chopped onions till they turn transparent
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry till raw smell goes
Now drop in the marinated mushrooms and cook for 5 - 10 mins or till mushrooms are cooked
Check for the salt, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas
You can add milk or fresh cream to make it tastier.
