
Ingredients
3/4 cup Wheat Daliya
3 cups Milk
1.5 cups Sugar
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
2 tsp Ghee
Roasted nuts for Garnishing
Procedure
Slightly roast wheat daliya with 1 tsp ghee in a cooker.
Add 2 cups of water, cover with the lid and cook till the daliya becomes soft ( around 4-5 whistles).
Transfer this into a vessel and add the milk and sugar and boil it for 5-10 mins.
Garnish with cardamom powder and nuts.
It can be served hot or cold.
NOTE: You can substitute sugar with jaggery and also use coconut milk instead of regular milk.
