Ingredients
1 cup broken wheat/ Daliya / Godhi nuchchu/ Gonva kano
1/2 cup grated fresh coconut
2 cardamoms / elaichi
Pinch of salt
Jaggery to taste
1/2 tsp cooking soda
Ghee for cooking and serving
Procedure
Soak broken wheat in water for 1/2 an hr
Wash popped rice and grind with coconut gratings, salt,elaichi, and jaggery
Add water only if necessary
Once it becomes fine paste add broken wheat and grind again
Keep the batter covered for 2-3 hrs, add soda, heat Tava and make dosa using ghee
Serve hot with butter.
