Ingredients
1/2 kg boneless chicken (breast pieces)
Oil for deep frying
For the marination:
1 egg white
2 tsp red chilli paste/chilli pdr
1/2 tsp pepper pdr1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli sauce
3 tblsp cornflour
2 tblsp maida
Salt to taste
For the sauce:
5 tsp oil
2 Tblsp finely chopped ginger and garlic
1/4 cup capsicum cut into fine strips
2 finely sliced onions
2 dry red chillies
2 tblsp cashew nuts
1/2 tsp green chilli sauce
1/2 tsp red chilli paste
1 1/2 tsp soya sauce
2 tblsp tomato ketchup
finely chopped spring onion for garnishing
Procedure
Wash and cut the chicken into 2-3 inches strips and marinate with the ingredients
Keep in the fridge for 1/2 an hour and deep fry into crispy one
In a Kadai take oil and saute ginger garlic chopped for 3 mins
Add onion slices and saute till transparent
Add cashew nuts, broken red chillies, and fry
Put the sauces, pepper pdr capsicum strips, and fry
Add 1/4 cup water and mix well
Add salt, fried chicken pieces and toss well
Finally, garnish with finely chopped spring onion greens and serve hot with any rice or noodles
