Dum Aloo Palak





Ingredients

1 bunch palak (spinach)

10 baby potatoes

2 onions

1 tomato(make puree)

1/2 tsp garam masala

1/2 tsp haldi powder

2 green chillies

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

3 tsp oil and oil for deep frying




Procedure


  • Blanch palak with 2 green chillies n make a puree

  • Parboil baby potatoes, apply salt and deep fry

  • In a pan take 3 tsp oil add, chopped onions n fry till it becomes transparent

  • Add ginger garlic paste n fry

  • Put tomato puree n fry

  • Now pour the palak puree, salt to taste and garam masala, haldi powder

  • Add 1/2 cup water and stir well

  • Now add the deep-fried potatoes, n cook, for 5 minutes

  • Serve hot with roti or poori.
