Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tsp oil
1 finely chopped onion
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala
chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
For masala:
1/4 cup curd
1/2 tomato
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Procedure
In a Kadai heat oil and saute chopped onions till light brown
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry
Put the ground masala and fry for 5 mins till the raw smell goes
Now put the milk, salt to taste and water to adjust the consistency of the gravy
Add the boiled eggs, Kasuri methi and make it boil for 5 minutes
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and garam masala.
