Ingredients
2 eggs
1 onion finely chopped
2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum
2 tbsp finely chopped tomato (deseeded)
2 finely chopped green chillies
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
salt to taste
Pepper powder
Oil for cooking
Procedure
Break the eggs and put them in a bowl
Add the other ingredients except for oil and pepper pdr
Beat well and make an omelette and sprinkle some pepper powder before serving
Serve with a slice of bread.
