Fried Rice With Chilli Garlic Veggies





Ingredients


1 cup chopped veggies like carrot, beans, capsicum, baby corn

1 onion (cut into big dices and separate the layers)

1 slit green chilli

1/2 inch ginger finely chopped

6 garlic cloves chopped

4 tsp oil

2 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp tomato sauce

1/2 tsp vinegar

1 tsp CHING'S Chilli masala powder or Manchurian masala

1 tsp CHING'S Schezuan chutney

Salt to taste

2 tsp cornflour

Finely chopped spring onion greens for garnishing





Procedure

  • Heat oil in a pan,put chopped garlic, ginger, green chillies and saute for 2 mins

  • Add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 mins, followed by carrot, beans and baby corn Cook on a high flame for 3-4 mins, now add capsicum and saute for 2 mins, add salt to taste

  • Put soya sauce, tomato sauce, vinegar, Chings schezuan chutney, mix well and add 1/2 cup water and mix

  • Add water according to your taste, if u want dry no need to add water

  • If you want more gravy then increase the quantity of water

  • Add Ching's masala powder. Mix cornflour in 1/4 cup water and add to it and let it boil

  • Once the gravy thickens, boil it for 2-3 mins on a low flame, garnish with spring onion greens and turn off the flame

  • Serve hot with fried rice or noodles and enjoy.

  • You can substitute veggies with paneer, mushrooms, prawns or chicken.
