Ingredients
1 cup carrot cut into cubes
2 chopped onions
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
5-6 methi seeds
1/2 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp lime juice
coriander leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
Procedure
Take oil in a pan and add mustard, methi seeds
Add chopped onion and fry
Add carrot cubes, salt to taste n cover the lid
When it is half cooked add chopped methi leaves n cook
Add haldi powder, garam masala, chilli powder, lime juice and mix well
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas.
