Ingredients


1 cup carrot cut into cubes

2 chopped onions

3 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard

5-6 methi seeds

1/2 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)

1 tsp chilli powder

1/2 tsp haldi powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp lime juice

coriander leaves for garnishing

salt to taste



Procedure


  • Take oil in a pan and add mustard, methi seeds

  • Add chopped onion and fry

  • Add carrot cubes, salt to taste n cover the lid

  • When it is half cooked add chopped methi leaves n cook

  • Add haldi powder, garam masala, chilli powder, lime juice and mix well

  • Finally, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with phulkas.
