Ingredients
4 bread slices
4 tsp butter
3 garlic cloves crushed or grated
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes or pepper powder
Procedure
Mix butter with salt to taste, crushed garlic, and apply around 1 tsp on a bread slice
Sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes
Grill it on tava or in OTG
You can also add grated cheese to it.
