Ghee Rice With Fish Chilli





Ingredients

3 medium-size Anjal / surmai / kingfish slices

Oil for deep frying

For the marination:

5 tbsp corn flour

3 tbsp maida

2 tsp ginger garlic paste

1/2 tsp soya sauce

Salt to taste


For the tempering:

2 chopped onions

8-10 garlic cloves finely chopped

1-inch ginger finely chopped

2 slit green chillies

1 tsp red chilli powder

2 tsp corn flour mixed in 1/4 cup water

2 tsp soya sauce

1 tsp vinegar

2 tsp tomato ketchup

2 tsp CHING'S CHILLI MIRACLE MASALA (OPTIONAL)

5 tsp oil

chopped coriander leaves




Procedure

  • Clean and wash fish. Separate the bones and cut them into cubes

  • Marinate the boneless fish cubes with the ingredients mentioned.

  • Keep for 1/2 an hour and deep fry

  • In a pan heat oil and saute garlic, ginger, chilli and onion chopped for 5 minutes

  • Add chilli powder, ching's masala powder, vinegar and all sauces

  • Put corn flour slurry and mix well

  • When the gravy becomes thick add fried fish and toss it

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves

  • Adding capsicum to the masala is optional.
