Gobi Pepper fry






Ingredients


2 cauliflower/gobi cut into florets

5 tsp oil

2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds

1/2 tsp turmeric pdr/ haldi

1 sprig of curry leaf

2 slit green chillies

2sliced onions

1 finely chopped tomato

1 tsp pepper pdr

1 tsp Kitchen King masala or any other garam masala

Salt to taste

chopped coriander leaves




Procedure

  • Put the gobi florets in saltwater for 10 mins and wash well

  • Boil it with salt and little water(don't overcook it)

  • In a pan heat oil and add jeera, curry leaves, turmeric powder

  • Put sliced onions, green chillies and saute till onion becomes transparent

  • Add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft and pulpy

  • Put the boiled gobi, salt,garam masala, pepper pdr and toss well

  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas.
