Ingredients
2 cauliflower/gobi cut into florets
5 tsp oil
2 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr/ haldi
1 sprig of curry leaf
2 slit green chillies
2sliced onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp pepper pdr
1 tsp Kitchen King masala or any other garam masala
Salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Put the gobi florets in saltwater for 10 mins and wash well
Boil it with salt and little water(don't overcook it)
In a pan heat oil and add jeera, curry leaves, turmeric powder
Put sliced onions, green chillies and saute till onion becomes transparent
Add chopped tomato and cook till it becomes soft and pulpy
Put the boiled gobi, salt,garam masala, pepper pdr and toss well
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with hot phulkas.
