Ingredients
2 cups cauliflower/gobi cut into florets
3 tblsp oil
1 tsp carom seeds
2 tblsp besan/chickpea flour
1/2 cup curds
2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp haldi / turmeric powder
2 tsp Kasuri methi
1 tsp jeera/cumin powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
2 finely chopped onions
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup cashew paste
1/2 cup capsicum cut into cubes
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Wash gobi florets and put them in the boiling water for 2 mins and drain them, keep aside
Heat 1 tblsp oil, put carom seeds and besan and fry till nice aroma comes
Turn off the flame, drain water from the gobi florets, add roasted besan to it
And add curds, red chilli pdr,haldi,Kasuri methi,jeera powder,garam masala pdr, salt and 2 tsp oil to the gobi florets
Mix well and keep aside for 15 mins, preheat OTG for 10 mins
Spread the marinated gobi on a tray and bake it for 20 mins at 200 degrees
Heat remaining oil in a pan, add jeera, chopped onions and fry till they turn transparent
Add the ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes
Put the chopped tomatoes and cook till they turn mushy
Add the capsicum cubes and cook for 5 mins, followed by cashew paste
Stir well and put the baked goi, salt a,d mix well so that all the masala is combined well with gobi
Check for salt and garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti, naan or poori.
