Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken
For marination:
2 tsp chilli powder
4 tsp cornflour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 tsp soya sauce
Salt to taste
oil to deep fry
For the tempering:
4 tsp oil
3 red chillies
2 chopped onions
2 tsp chopped ginger-garlic
6-7 curry leaves
2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp vinegar
Procedure
Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients and keep in the fridge for 1 hour
Deep fry the chicken pieces after 1 hour
In Kadai take oil, add chopped garlic, ginger, curry leaves and onion and saute for 5-10 minutes
Add chilli powder, vinegar and fry
Add deep-fried chicken pieces, salt if necessary and mix well
Serve hot with rice.
