Ingredients
250 gms Hannu huruli (Tender beans)
2 chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
4 tsp oil
coriander leaves
Salt to taste
For the masala :
4 tsp grated coconut
2 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
1 tsp coriander seeds
!/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 clove
2 tsp chilli powder
1 onion-----Make a paste of these ingredients
Procedure
Cook the ripe beans with 1/2 cup water and salt to taste in cooker for 2 whistles
In Kadai take oil and saute chopped onion till turns pink
add chopped tomato and fry till it becomes soft
Put masala and fry till the raw smell goes
Add cooked beans, salt and water if needed and boil it for 5-10 minutes
garnish with coriander leaves
