Happla kismuri is a very simple side dish made using spicy papad, a thin crisp disc-shaped Indian food typically based on a seasoned dough made from black gram(urad flour). The papad is deep-fried or roasted on fire or in a Microwave and then mixed with coconut gratings and chopped onions.
Ingredients
4 nos os spicy urad papad
1 finely chopped onion
3 tbsp fresh coconut gratings
2 tsp coconut oil
Salt to taste
Procedure
Roast papad over a gas flame or in Microwave for 1-2 mins
Crush the papad and add all the ingredients.
Mix well and serve immediately.
