Ingredients
For the roti:
1 cup wheat flour
2 tblsp blanched palak/spinach puree
salt to taste
Water as needed
For the stuffing:
1 cup crumbled paneer
3 tsp oil
2 finely chopped onions
1 chopped tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 chopped green chilli
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp pav haji masala or garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Procedure
Mix the ingredients of the roti in a bowl and knead the soft dough and keep aside
In a pan heat oil and saute chopped onions till transparent
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry
Put the chopped tomatoes and cook till it becomes mushy
add all the spices and fry for 3 mins
Now add the crumbled paneer, salt to taste, and toss well
finish with chopped coriander leaves
Make rotis with the dough and keep around 2 tblsp sabji in the center and roll it
Serve hot with ketchup.
