Ingredients
10 nos baby corns
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
3 tsp oil + 1 tsp
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
1 tsp Kitchen King masala/ any other garam masala
1/4 cup curds
1 tsp Kasuri methi
Salt to taste chopped coriander leaves
For the green masala :
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2-3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger piece
5 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp cumin seeds
Grind the above ingredients into a fine paste and keep aside
Procedure
Wash and cut the baby corn into 1-inch pieces
Heat one tsp oil in a pan and saute the corn pieces with little salt till it becomes tender
Remove the corn from the flame and keep them aside
In the same pan put 3 tsp oil, add Kasuri methi, chopped onions and fry till it becomes light pinkish
Put the ground green paste and fry till the raw smell goes off
Add turmeric pdr,garam masala pdr, and fry for a minute
Put the curds and mix well
Add the cooked corn pieces, salt to taste, and water if needed and adjust the consistency according to your taste
Check the seasoning, garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with hot phulkas.
