Ingredients
2 Tblsp horsegram / kulithu / huruli kaalu
2 tbsp fresh grated coconut
Lil tamarind
2-3 tsp rasam powder
Salt to taste
For the tempering:
2 tsp oil
8 garlic cloves crushed
Procedure
Dry roast horse gram in a pan till it becomes brown color
Grind it with other ingredients into a fine paste, add water as needed and make it boil
Temper with the mentioned ingredients
Serve hot with hot rice.
