Instant broken wheat dosa or Daliya dosa is a tasty and easy dosa made using Broken wheat. This is a perfect dish for that unplanned Morning Breakfast or dinner. If you are looking for ways to include Daliya in your diet, then please try this dosa.
Ingredients
1 cup Broken wheat/Daliya/Lapsi/Godhi Nuchchu
3-4 tbsp rice flour
2 tbsp curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Pinch of cooking soda (optional)
Oil for cooking dosa
Procedure
Pulse Daliya/ broken wheat in mixer grinder Without water and make a fine powder
Transfer it into a bowl. Add rice flour, salt, cooking soda, curds.
Add water and combine all the ingredients. Make a smooth batter
The batter should be regular dosa batter consistency
Rest it for 10 minutes. Heat Tawa, pour a ladle full of batter.
Spread it in a circular direction to make a thin dosa
Drizzle a few drops of oil around the dosa. Cook on a medium flame till it turns golden brown and crisp.
No need to flip the dosa. Serve hot dosa with chutney or sambar.
