Instant Cabbage Ambade / Vada





Ingredients

2 cups finely chopped cabbage/patta gobi

3/4 cup finely chopped onion

3-4 tsp red chilli powder

3 tblsp rice flour

3 tsp fine rava

2 tblsp besan

Salt to taste


Oil for deep frying



Procedure

  • In a bowl take all the ingredients(except oil)

  • Mix well with your hands and keep covered for 15 mins

  • As onions will leave some water no water is needed, so sprinkle water only if necessary

  • Make balls and flatten them and deep fry on a medium flame till brown and crispy
