Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped cabbage/patta gobi
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
3-4 tsp red chilli powder
3 tblsp rice flour
3 tsp fine rava
2 tblsp besan
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Procedure
In a bowl take all the ingredients(except oil)
Mix well with your hands and keep covered for 15 mins
As onions will leave some water no water is needed, so sprinkle water only if necessary
Make balls and flatten them and deep fry on a medium flame till brown and crispy
