Instant Rava Dhokla





Ingredients


1/2 cup semolina / fine rava

1/2 cup curds

1/2 tsp ENO fruit salt

Salt to taste


For serving:

Green chutney


For tempering:

3 tsp oil

1 tsp mustard

curry leaves 1 tsp jeera




Procedure

  • In a bowl mix Rava and curds with salt to taste and keep covered for 20 mins

  • After 20 mins it becomes thick, if it is too thick add little water and adjust the consistency (like idli batter)

  • Now add the fruit salt, mix gently and steam immediately for 20 mins

  • Cut it into pieces, apply green chutney and garnish with the tadka
