Ingredients
1/2 cup semolina / fine rava
1/2 cup curds
1/2 tsp ENO fruit salt
Salt to taste
For serving:
Green chutney
For tempering:
3 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
curry leaves 1 tsp jeera
Procedure
In a bowl mix Rava and curds with salt to taste and keep covered for 20 mins
After 20 mins it becomes thick, if it is too thick add little water and adjust the consistency (like idli batter)
Now add the fruit salt, mix gently and steam immediately for 20 mins
Cut it into pieces, apply green chutney and garnish with the tadka
