Ingredients
1 cup bread fruit cut into cubes(jeev kadgi)
1/2 cup potato cut into cubes
1/4 cup amaranth leaves stems(bhajji dento)
For the masala:
1 cup fresh grated coconut
Little tamarind
4 red chillies and 2 tsp urad dal roasted in 1/2 tsp oil
Grind the above ingredients into a semi coarse paste and keep
For tempering:
4 tsp oil
2 tsp mustard
curry leaves
1/4 tsp methi seeds
Procedure
Cook potato cubes and bhajji dento in cooker
As breadfruit takes a very little time to cook,take only one whistle in cooker
Mix all the cooked veggies, salt to taste , masala and little water
Bring it to boil and temper with the tempering ingredients
