Ingredients
1 cup gobi/ cauliflower cut into florets and keep in warm, salted water for 15 mins
1 potato cut into cubes
1 onion chopped
1 tomato chopped
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Kasuri methi
For the masala:
In a small bowl take
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp cumin/ jeera pdr
1/2 tsp coriander pdr
1/2 tsp hing pdr
2 tsp garlic pdr
Mix well and keep aside.
Procedure
Put aloo in a micro safe bowl, add 1/2 cup water, little salt and micro it for 3 mins
In the same bowl add gobi florets and micro again for 2-3 mins or till it is cooked
In a pan heat oil, add chopped onion and fry till transparent
Now add the spice powder mix, fry and sprinkle some water to avoid it from burning
Add the cooked gobi, all and chopped tomato without water, toss well and cook for 5 mins
Add Kasuri methi and mix well, garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with hot phulkas.
