Jhatpat Gobi Fry





Ingredients


2 cups gobi florets(cauliflower)

2 chopped onions

1 tsp jeera(cumin seeds)

4 tsp oil

Salt to taste

For marination:

2 tblsp curd

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 1/2 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp cumin powder




Procedure

  • Wash the gobi florets and marinate with the above ingredients.

  • Keep for 15 minutes

  • Heat a pan,put oil, add jeera, chopped onions, and saute for 5 minutes

  • Put the marinated gobi and cover with a lid(don't add water)

  • Cook on a high flame to give the burnt taste

  • When the gobi is cooked garnish with coriander leaves and serve with rotis.
