Kadgi Kabab/ Raw jackfruit Kabab



Ingredients

1 cup steamed or parboiled jackfruit cut into cubes

Oil for frying

2 slit green chillies

curry leaves


FOR MARINATION:

2 tbsp thick curd or vinegar

2 tsp red chilli powder

1 tsp roasted jeera powder

1 tsp daniya powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

Little chat masala

2 tbsp cornflour

1 tbsp rice flour

Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste.




Procedure

  • Once the steamed jackfruit cubes come to room temperature, marinate it with the prepared paste and keep aside for 30 mins

  • Heat oil and deep fry the kababs on medium flame till it becomes crisp

  • Garnish with fried green chillies and curry leaves, serve hot.
