Ingredients
1 cup steamed or parboiled jackfruit cut into cubes
Oil for frying
2 slit green chillies
curry leaves
FOR MARINATION:
2 tbsp thick curd or vinegar
2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp daniya powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Little chat masala
2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp rice flour
Salt to taste
Mix all the ingredients and make a thick paste.
Procedure
Once the steamed jackfruit cubes come to room temperature, marinate it with the prepared paste and keep aside for 30 mins
Heat oil and deep fry the kababs on medium flame till it becomes crisp
Garnish with fried green chillies and curry leaves, serve hot.
