Kadgi Talasani/Raw jackfruit Stir fry


Ingredients


1 cup finely chopped raw jackfruit / kadgi / halasina kaayi / kathal

8 crushed garlic cloves

3 red chillies cut into bits

4 tsp oil

Salt to taste




Procedure

  • Heat in a cooker, add crushed garlic,chilli bits and fry till garlic turns brown

  • Add chopped jackfruit, salt to taste and 1/2 cup water

  • Cook it for 3- 4 whistles and turn off the flame and your talasani is ready to serve.
