Knolkol Stir Fry

Ingredients


2 medium sized tender knolkol/ navilkosu

6 crushed garlic cloves

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

4 tsp oil

Salt to taste




Procedure

  • Wash, peel and cut the knlokol into thin fingers

  • Heat oil, add crushed garlic and fry till it turns brown, add red chilli powder and knolkol fingers

  • Add salt and cook covered with a lid, till it is cooked

  • Turn off the flame and serve hot with rice and dal.
