Ingredients
2 medium sized tender knolkol/ navilkosu
6 crushed garlic cloves
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
4 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Procedure
Wash, peel and cut the knlokol into thin fingers
Heat oil, add crushed garlic and fry till it turns brown, add red chilli powder and knolkol fingers
Add salt and cook covered with a lid, till it is cooked
Turn off the flame and serve hot with rice and dal.
