Kodubale





Ingredients

1 cup rice flour

1/2 cup maida/ all-purpose flour

1/2 cup semolina/fine rava

1/2 cup grated dry coconut

6-8 dry red chillies

2 tblsp white sesame seeds

1 tsp asafoetida/ hing

4 tblsp melted dalda or butter

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying



Procedure

  • Make a fine powder of dry coconut, red chillies and put it in a bowl

  • Add other ingredients to it and mix well

  • Using water knead a semi-soft dough,divide them into small portions

  • Make balls of the divided portions, roll them n give the shape of kodubaLe

  • Heat oil and deep fry them on a medium flame till it becomes crisp and brown colour

  • and your kodubaLe is ready to eat

  • Store them in an airtight container and enjoy with a hot cup of tea or coffee.
