Ingredients
Kokum syrup
2 green chillies
sugar to taste
salt to taste
chopped coriander leaves
Water 2 cups
For the tempering:
2 tsp oil
1 tsp mustard
some curry leaves
Procedure
Take water in a bowl and add kokum syrup as required
Add salt and sugar to taste
Add crushed green chillies and chopped coriander leaves
Temper with the above ingredients
Serve chilled with rice or you can also drink it as an appetizer
Tastes heavenly in hot summer
