Kulitha Sarupkari





Ingredients

1 cup soaked and boiled kulithu/ horse gram/ Huruli kaalu

4 tsp oil

10 garlic cloves crushed

3-4 broken red chillies

Salt to taste




Procedure


  • Add water and salt to the boiled horse gram according to your taste , make it boil for 5 mins

  • Heat oil, fry the crushed garlic and red chilies till dark brown and add it to the boiled horsegram

  • And your saarupkari is ready to serve with white rice.
