Kurkure Gobi





Ingredients

1 cup gobi/ cauliflower florets

Oil for


Make a paste of :

3 tblsp cornflour

2 tblsp rice flour

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp soya sauce

1 sprig of curry leaves finely chopped




Procedure


  • Put the gobi florets in warm salt water for 10 mins

  • Drain the water and mix with the ready paste

  • Heat oil and deep fry into crisp fritters

  • Serve hot with chai or coffee.
