Ingredients
1 cup gobi/ cauliflower florets
Oil for
Make a paste of :
3 tblsp cornflour
2 tblsp rice flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp soya sauce
1 sprig of curry leaves finely chopped
Procedure
Put the gobi florets in warm salt water for 10 mins
Drain the water and mix with the ready paste
Heat oil and deep fry into crisp fritters
Serve hot with chai or coffee.
