Lasooni Aloo





Ingredients

2 medium-sized potatoes

5 tsp oil

10 finely chopped garlic flakes

1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

1/2 tsp pepper powder

1 -2 tsp red chilli powder (according to your taste)

Salt to taste

1 tsp lime juice

1 tsp butter




Procedure


  • Wash the potatoes well and cut into wedges(you can parboil the potatoes)

  • In a non-stick pan heat oil fry the garlic chopped and put the potatoes (without water)

  • Add salt and cook till it becomes brown and crisp

  • Add the spices, lime juice, and garnish with the butter and serve hot.
