Ingredients
1 cup boiled lobhiya/ alsande bee/ black-eyed beans
5 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 finely chopped onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp red chilli pdr
1 tsp kitchen king masala or any other garam masala
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
In a pan heat oil, add jeera, chopped onions and saute till it becomes transparent
Add tomato and fry till it becomes mushy, followed by ginger garlic paste
Fry till the raw smell goes, add turmeric, chilli pdr,garam masala pdr and fry for 2 mins
Add boiled lobhiya, salt to taste,1/2 cup water and make it boil for 10 mins
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with roti or naan.
