Ingredients
1 brinjal
1/4 cup corn kernels
1 green chilli
2 tsp chilli powder
1 chopped tomato
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
coriander leave and ginger Julians for garnishing
4 tsp oil
Procedure
Take brinjal, apply oil and roast on a gas flame or in the oven
Peel it and take the pulp and mash it
In Kadai take oil and put ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli and fry
add chopped onion and fry
Put chopped tomato and fry well
Add all spices and fry till aroma comes
Put brinjal pulp, boiled corn kernels sat and 1/4 cup water and boil
Garnish with coriander leaves and ginger Julians.
