Makhmali Mushroom

Ingredients

1 Pack of Mushroom

2 Onions

1Tomato

3 Tbsp Cream

2 Tsp Cashewnut paste

2 Tsp Red chilli powder

1 Tsp Coriander powder

1 Tsp jeera powder

1/2 Tsp Haldi powder

1 Tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

4 Tsp oil

Corriander leaves for garnishing




Procedure


  • In a pan take oil and saute ginger garlic paste.

  • add finely chopped onion and fry till light brown.

  • put finely chopped tomato and fry till it becomes a smooth paste.

  • add haldi, coriander, powder, red chilli powder and jeera powder and fry

  • put cream and cashew nut paste and mix well.

  • add 1/2 cup water n sliced mushrooms and cover the pan till it is cooked

  • garnish with coriander leaves

  • serve hot with roti, naan, and phulkas.
