Ingredients
1 cup boiled fresh green peas
1 potato cubed
5 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
2 finely chopped onions
1 finely chopped tomato
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1/2 tsp turmeric pdr
2 tsp malwani masala pdr or garam masala
3 tsp besan / Bengal gram flour
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander leaves
Procedure
Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan, put potato cubes with a little salt, and cook till its outer cover is browned or till it is cooked
Remove it on a plate and add the remaining oil to the same pan
Add jeera, Kasuri methi, chopped onions and fry till light brown, add the finely chopped tomato and cook till it becomes pulpy
Now add the ginger-garlic paste and fry till the raw smell goes
Add the turmeric pdr, Malwani masala pdr, and fry for a second
Put besan and fry for 2 mins, followed by boiled peas, cooked potatoes, salt, and 1/2 cup water
Let it boil for 5 mins, garnish with chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with poori, chapati or naan, etc.
