Ingredients
3 big size riped nendra bananas/Kerala Banana
3/4 cup sugar
2-3 tblsp ghee
1 tsp cardamom powder
Procedure
Peel the bananas and roughly chop them
Put the bananas in a blender and make a fine paste
Transfer the banana puree to a thick bottomed pan, add sugar, ghee and cook on a low flame( keep the flame low till u finish the procedure)
Keep stirring the mixture on a low flame, continuously till halva starts to form and ghee leaves the sides
When the mixture turns to dark brown, blackish colour, add cardamom pdr and transfer it on a greased thali
Spread evenly with a spoon and allow to cool down at room temperature
Cut the halva into desired shapes and store it in an airtight container.
