Ingredients
1 cup mango pulp
1/2 Condensed milk
1 cup Crumbled paneer
1 tblsp pistachio
1 tblsp almond
1 tsp elaichi/ cardamom powder
1 tsp ghee
Procedure
Heat a pan and put mango pulp, keep stirring, and bring it to boil
Now add the crumbled paneer and mix well
Add condensed milk, stir well
Keep stirring till the moisture is absorbed and it becomes a single mass and leaves the sides of the pan
Add cardamom powder and mix well
Grease one tray or plate with ghee
Pour the mixture into the greased tray, spread it gently, and make it even
Add the chopped nuts and press gently
Set aside for 2 hrs, after 2 hrs cut into desired shapes.
And your delicious mango kalakand is ready to eat.
