Mango Kalakand





Ingredients

1 cup mango pulp

1/2 Condensed milk

1 cup Crumbled paneer

1 tblsp pistachio

1 tblsp almond

1 tsp elaichi/ cardamom powder

1 tsp ghee




Procedure

  • Heat a pan and put mango pulp, keep stirring, and bring it to boil

  • Now add the crumbled paneer and mix well

  • Add condensed milk, stir well

  • Keep stirring till the moisture is absorbed and it becomes a single mass and leaves the sides of the pan

  • Add cardamom powder and mix well

  • Grease one tray or plate with ghee

  • Pour the mixture into the greased tray, spread it gently, and make it even

  • Add the chopped nuts and press gently

  • Set aside for 2 hrs, after 2 hrs cut into desired shapes.

  • And your delicious mango kalakand is ready to eat.
