Masala Dosa (2)





Ingredients

2 Cups dosa rice

1 cup urad dal

1/4 cup toor dal

2 tsp methi seeds

Salt to taste

Pinch of sugar

Oil or ghee for cooking dosa




Procedure

  • Soak the above ingredients in water for 5-6 hrs, wash well

  • Grind into a smooth paste and keep overnight for fermentation

  • Add salt and sugar to the batter, mix well

  • Heat tava, sprinkle water, wipe with tissue paper and make thin dosas

  • Add 2 tsp oil or ghee, cook till it becomes crispy and serve with chutney and potato sabji.
