Ingredients
1 cup green peas(matar)
1 cup gobi cut into florets(cauliflower)
3 tsp oil
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 chopped onions
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp daniya jeera powder(cumin and coriander powder)
2 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp Kasuri methi
1/4 cup curd
2 tblsp fresh cream
Salt to taste
coriander leaves for garnishing
Procedure
Boil green peas and deep fry gobi florets and keep aside
In a pan take oil to add jeera, and chopped onion, and saute for 5 minutes
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry
Put all the spices and fry
Add boiled peas and fried gobi
Put cream and curd and mix well so that the masala coats well
Add salt, Kasuri methi and make it boil for 5 minutes
Garnish with coriander leaves and grated paneer or cheese
Serve hot with roti, naan, etc...
