Ingredients
2 cups boiled green peas
2 chopped onions
3 green chillies
1/2 inch ginger
5 garlic cloves
1 chopped tomato
4 tsp oil
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp daniya jeera powder
1/2 cup coriander leaves
Procedure
In a pan take 2 tsp oil and fry chopped onion, ginger, garlic, coriander leaves and chopped tomato one by one.
Add dhania jeera powder, Haldi, garam masala powder and fry for a minute.
Let it cool and grind into a smooth paste.
Put the remaining 2 tsp oil in the pan and add the ground paste into it.
Put 1/4 cup water, boiled green peas and salt to taste. Let it boil for 10 minutes.
Turn off the flame, garnish with fresh cream and chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with roti, naan or poori.
