Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice with salt to taste (in cooker )
2 sliced onions
5 tsp oil or ghee
3 tsp palak puree or finely chopped (spinach )
1/2 cup chopped methi (fenugreek leaves)
1/4 cup green peas
Make a paste of 3 green chillies ,1 tomato,4 garlic cloves and 1/2 inch ginger
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves for garnishing
1/2 tsp any biryani masala
Procedure
In Kadai put oil, saute onions till translucent
Add the masala paste and fry well
Add palak, methi and green peas
Now mix in the cooked rice, biryani masala and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with any raita.
