Ingredients
1 cup maida/all-purpose flour
2 tblsp wheat flour
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp asafoetida powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
3 tsp hot oil
salt to taste
2 tblsp Kasuri methi
Oil for deep frying
water as required to knead the dough
Procedure
In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients
Add hot oil and mix well
Make dough adding water
Divide into balls and roll into thin rotis
Cut the rotis into strips and deep fry
Store in an airtight container.
