Ingredients
3 eggs
1 finely chopped onion
1/2 cup finely chopped capsicum
Salt to taste
Crushed pepper to taste
Paprika /Chilli powder as per taste
Oil for cooking
Procedure
Heat one thick bottomed non -stick deep pan (not a dosa pan)
Put 1/2 tsp oil, break one egg in it. (just like sunny side-up)
Put some chopped onions and capsicum, sprinkle salt, pepper powder and cook on a medium flame.
Once it is cooked slowly flip it, drizzle some oil. Cook it till it turns golden brown.
Put on a serving plate, sprinkle some red chilli powder.
Serve immediately with bread toast.
You can also add some grated cheese on top.
