Ingredients
2 cups boiled veggies like gobi, drumsticks,Madras cucumber, ridge gourd
1/4 cup boiled toor dal
1 cup grated fresh coconut
3 red chillies roasted in little oil
little tamarind
2 finely chopped onion
5-6 tsp oil
Salt to taste
Procedure
Grind coconut, dry red chillies roasted and tamarind into a smooth paste and keep aside
Put boiled veggies and boiled dal in a vessel, add salt to taste, ground masala and make it boil
Add water and adjust the consistency(semi-thick)
In a Kadai fry onion chopped till dark brown and add this tempering to the curry
Serve hot with rice.
