Moong dal Dosa

Ingredients

1 cup soaked moong dal

1/2 cup chopped onion

2 green chillies small piece of ginger

coriander leaves

Salt to taste




Procedure


  • Soak moong dal for 2-3 hours and grind with green chillies and ginger to a fine paste(like idli batter)

  • Add salt, chopped onions, and coriander leaves

  • Heat tava and make dosa and serve with chutney of your choice

  • No fermentation is required.
