
Ingredients
1 cup moong sprouts/ Green gram sprouts
2 small boiled potatoes
3 green chillies
1 tsp cumin pdr
1 tsp chat masala
1/2 tsp garam masala pdr
Chopped coriander leaves
3 tsp cornflour
1/4 cup bread crumbs
Oil for cooking
Procedure
Coarsely grind moong sprouts, green chillies without water
Add mashed, boiled potatoes and all other ingredients except bread crumbs and oil
Mix well, divide into equal portions
Flatten each portion and give the shape of tikkis, roll each Tikki in bread crumbs
Heat tava and roast all the tikkis on a medium flame, using oil till they become crisp and brown on both the sides
Serve hot with ketchup or any other chutney of your choice.
Enjoy with a hot cup of coffee or tea.
